REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

The reputation and success of Zing depends on ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. While we strive to work with you for years to come, you can cancel your service at any time. Notify us of your cancellation, and we will discontinue your service at the end of your current billing cycle.

30-Day Return Period:

Unless you have a separate agreement with Zing, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by Zing within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Products like Setup Fees, Customizations, Domains, and Phone Numbers, Regulatory Charges and Usage Fees are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of unbilled phone, email and Ai services used during the billing period fees. Any products returned to Zing without prior authorization from Zing will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and Zing will not ship the product back to you.

All approved returns must be received by Zing within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
